Add a virtual tour for the first time user

It's been a pleasure doing the galxy tutorials. But the UI of the Galaxy platform can be overwhelming for rookie users. Being a beginner from non tech its little confusing. We need to simply and decode the UI by providing cheat sheets/ a virtual tour for the first time user similar to when we download an app for the first time. The last snippet of the virtual tour should lead the new user to the tutorials. If given an opportunity I would love to help in the issue to ease the process.
