The [SRA-COVID Tutorial](../blob/dec262ed8cea9b93331c1e97f824177886290618/topics/variant-analysis/tutorials/sars-cov-2/tutorial.md) was presented in a Webinar on 2020/06/24. But it was rushed through to get it ready for that webinar.
This issue is to record work that is still needed to bring the tutorial up to GTN best practices. If you happen to notice any shortcomings please describe them here.
