Peptide and Protein ID doesnt work

I think this tutorial needs to be updated. The files cannot be converted..can we use msconvert vendor support directly to convert raw to mgf?? then use SGPS?

Start with topics/proteomics/tutorials/protein-id-sg-ps/tutorial.md and reproduce the reported file-conversion failure. Investigate whether msconvert vendor support can convert raw files to MGF for use with SGPS. Done means the tutorial documents a working conversion and protein-identification path.
