Description
I wasn't sure where to report this -- please help to route to the correct people!
The new Pavian tool is very nice! I found a small bug when attempting to sort the data columns in the viewer. Notice how a new `%` symbol is added to each column for each sorting click (up or down) or when clicking in the header at all from what I can tell. This is persistent when changing to a different tab or back again to this tab, so there isn't a way I could find to clear it out without relaunching the entire environment.

Research direction
Start with the interactive_tool_pavian definition and its “Pavian visualisation” entry point, including the quay.io/galaxy/pavian:0.1 container requirement. Reproduce sorting in the viewer across tabs, then confirm that repeated clicks no longer add persistent percent symbols and test in the reported environment.
