Description
Tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/mummer_dnadiff/mummer_dnadiff/4.0.0rc1+galaxy3
Currently, the output headers display in Galaxy but are not written out into the files themselves. This makes the data less useful for people downloading the files and working with them directly.
Could the file headers be written out? Maybe as an optional yes/no toggle on the form? Default is no (how it works now).

> Since we’re at it, I would like to point out another small flaw: in the result files of DNAdiff, when I view them within the Galaxy web page, I can see headers for each column (ex. Seq ID Feature Type Feature Start Feature End Feature Length Column 6 Column 7), but these headers are not present in the downloaded .tabular (or .tab) files. The headers would obviously be quite helpful to have in the files…

Research direction
Start with the mummer_dnadiff/4.0.0rc1+galaxy3 wrapper named in the issue and inspect how its Galaxy form options and tabular outputs are defined. Trace the displayed column headers to the generated files; done means an optional, default-off setting writes headers into downloaded outputs without changing current behavior.
