Description
Hi everyone,
I am trying to do use the Trinity de novo assembly tool on my dataset on the Galaxy platform (toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/trinity/trinity/2.9.1.)
The error report in general says "The tool was executed with one or more duplicate input datasets. This frequently results in tool errors due to problematic input choices." However, I know that my input datasets are not duplicate, but are "left" and "right" sides of gene coding regions.
I have used Trinity countless times without this error, so am confused now. Help!

Research direction
Start with the Galaxy Trinity 2.9.1 tool linked in the issue and reproduce the error using paired left and right inputs that are not duplicates. Compare the tool's duplicate-input validation with the reported error; done means determining whether the wrapper incorrectly rejects valid pairs and documenting or correcting that behavior.
