list of high profile tools to move to IUC

IUC (I talked to @bgruening) wants to adopt important tools from devteam repo in order to give them better treatment and maintenance. The MTS namespace is not a problem since we can upload/operate under any username we want. Let's make a list of the tools to move - this should probably include tools that we deem important and want to maintain consistently.
