Rsync with G2 search function no longer functioning on latest build

Description
I just installed a test instance using the latest build of galaxy and it appears that it causes the rsync manager to no longer be able to refine results according to selected genome. In additions, if I select specified indexes out of the entire list it generates an invalid input error.
