Description
`package_r_3_2_1` downloads `r_3.2.1_linux_x64.tar.gz` from the galaxy depot. That file seems to be missing `libblas.a`, `libblas.so`, and `libblas.so.3`. Using the build script in the same `package_r_3_2_1` builds R with the required libraries.
