Description
I don't think the old Tool Shed will support viz anytime soon, but hopefully the newer Shed does.
- [ ] New repository type galaxy_viz.
- [ ] Figure out how to validate.
- [ ] Make viz more portable on the Galaxy side. https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1380
