Description
There were serious issues with `test` in 0.15.0 and 0.16.0 producing empty outputs. This caused planemo's most important function to be broken in the stable version for most of October 2015. The problems would have been caught if...
- [ ] Implement release testing #184.
- [ ] Extend `planemo test` test cases to actually tested the output reports and not just that the command ran.
