Unfold failed / errored tests automatically in report

Most users will be interested in the failed or errored tests when looking at the html report.

So its a little annoyance that one needs to do 2 mouse clicks to see one. So maybe unfold the first by default?

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Locate the HTML report generation and the behavior controlling collapsed test results, then check any existing report tests. Done means failed or errored tests are expanded automatically when the report opens.
