zenodo community for iwc

I've set up a new [IWC zenodo community](https://zenodo.org/communities/iwc/) to collect records related to iwc (WF test data, auxiliary data) under one umbrella.

Everyone who owns a suitable record on zenodo can request association of the record with the community.

Curators decide what goes in, and if you want to be curator, please make your zenodo profile publicly findable and tell us about it so we can invite you.
