Add Sylph, DeepARG and Groot DB

Hi,

I'm using the Groot, Sylph and DeepARG wrappers with a workflow that I want to add on IWC repo.

Is it possible to add the next databases to http://datacache.galaxyproject.org/ to run the test for a PR ?

- `sylph_downloaded_21072025_gtdb-r220-c200-dbv1.syldb`
- `sylph_tax_downloaded_21072025`
- `deeparg_1.0.4-03072025`
- `arg-annot.90-1.1.2-09122024`

They are already on galaxy EU

Start by inspecting the idc repository for how reference databases are registered for datacache.galaxyproject.org, then compare existing entries with the four named Sylph and DeepARG databases. Done means the requested databases are available in the cache and can support the IWC pull-request test; no files or tests are named in the issue.
