Incidental: [The tool shed ](https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=54a8f418118c3e6d) has the development repo link to [a 404 here](https://github.com/Helmholtz-UFZ/ufz-galaxy-tools/blob/main/tools/vibrant ) but I think it should [be here now ](https://github.com/Helmholtz-UFZ/galaxy-tools/tree/main/tools/vibrant) based off the repo content history.

I wasn't sure if I should make the request here or at the [EU infra repo](https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/infrastructure-playbook/issues) so decided to do that here since the new tool will be hosted everywhere, yes?
