Promoting peer-reviewed content in Labs (SPOC right now)

I'm opening this Issue as combined technical / scientific. Happy to refocus on either of this angles if the advise is such.

I've been looking at all Labs but with a focus right now on SPOC (AU version - https://singlecell.usegalaxy.org.au/).

I recently read the "Galaxy as a gateway to bioinformatics: Multi-Interface Galaxy Hands-on Training Suite (MIGHTS) for scRNA-seq " paper (https://doi.org/10.1093/gigascience/giae107). It is really good and worthy of greater readership. It struck me that our Labs are community based but community can mean more than Galaxy practitioners. In this case, it could mean peer-reviewed and I believe peer-review carries weight of legitimacy that content alone can not.

It would be great for Galaxy users to land at the SPOC Lab and be made aware that the Lab content supports / complements a peer-reviewed publication. If we agree that promoting peer-review publications that support the Lab, on the Lab, is a good idea, then the next question is how?

It could go in Community section near the bottom but I would rather see if we can think about it up the top somewhere. Maybe similar to the positioning of the video on the Microbiology Lab (https://microbiology.usegalaxy.org.au/)?
