Towards an Ecology lab

Dear codex colleagues,

I am (finally) coming back to you to exchange concretely about creating an Ecology oriented codex. This is something we have to investigate with @PaulineSGN but it seems to me one need to check wether it can completely answer our needs or if one need to add functionnalities to actual codex to reach these needs or maybe making differently...

For a first explanantion of our needs / will, it seems to me of great interest to update the ecology subdomains of EU and FR notably to better structure it and update old (very old) content.

Content apart, it seems to me of great interest to propose, through the welcome page, direct links to "projects" oriented Galaxy resources (tools, workflows, tutorials...), with notably the possibility to propose a project X dedicated webpage with french / translated content or arranged in a way that it is more useable from a non-scientist user point of view, for example for citizens...
