Add workflows and training to tool json/tsv

The tool file is used to populate the RESC https://github.com/research-software-ecosystem/utils/blob/main/galaxytool-import/galaxytool-import.py

This is used in a new project to create a RSE Metadata Explorer of the complete RESC: https://hash-bash.github.io/StudyProject/
For this it would be great if the tool view could show the Galaxy workflows and trainings where the tool is used as well.
We got workflows and training in separate files, but we could add an additional step that adds workflows and training in two additional columns of the tool json/tsv.

Start by reading galaxytool-import/galaxytool-import.py and examining the existing tool JSON/TSV along with the separate workflow and training files. Trace how the tool data is assembled and determine how those sources identify tools. Done means the generated tool JSON/TSV includes workflow and training columns populated from the available data.
