Tools included in the web site, but not showing up in TSV/JSON

There are at least several tools which nicely show up on the [web site](https://galaxyproject.github.io/galaxy_codex/), but are neither included in [all_tools.json](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/galaxyproject/galaxy_codex/main/results/all_tools.json) nor [all_tools.tsv](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/galaxyproject/galaxy_codex/main/results/all_tools.tsv). Examples of those tools include, but are not limited to:

- `2d_simple_filter`
- `2d_auto_threshold`
- `2d_feature_extraction`
- `bfconvert`
- `rfove`
