Collect advantages of this project for GCC and readme.md

Since I will give a workshop for this project at GCC and in general, it would be great to show what the advantages of this project are, that surpass bio.tools, toolshed, github repos and Galaxy instance centric views of the tools.

Just drop your ideas here and I will compile the list.

I will start

* the toolshed `Development repository` is often wrong or outdated (many times people cannot even find the location of the wrapper development), our list has `Galaxy wrapper parsed folder` which is the actual source and updated. Could be used to bulk update the wrappers.
* EDAM terms are linked to tool stats. Allows to create structured figures for all tools and the communities (https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/microgalaxy_technical_paper_2024/blob/plotscripts/results/EDAM_operation.jpeg)
