Description
I constructed a paired collection of fastq files with group tags (using rules).
When applying cutadapt/hisat group tags are gone.
So I can't get to the point trying DeSeq2 with group tags as advertised here: https://galaxyproject.github.io/training-material/topics/galaxy-data-manipulation/tutorials/group-tags/tutorial.html
