duplicate entries in type select box in upload form

Just observed that there are many dataypes appearing multiple times in the select box of the upload form (e.g. mzml, deeptools...). The convert tab of the data set properties seems not affected.

Also its confusing that data types with long names (again deeptools...) cant be seen completely.

Start by reproducing the upload form and comparing its type select box with the unaffected convert tab. Trace how the upload options are populated and how long labels are rendered. Done means each data type appears once and names such as deeptools are fully visible.
