Description

The first one is offering to convert, the second one with the same name is the one that was already converted (but having the name that corresponds precisely with what's in the history.)

Maybe if `(as tabular)` was rendered something like a pill? Or just some way making it obvious that it was added by the system? Also that the auto-converted one (that I want to re-use in this step) appears second, chronologically before the input, is odd.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Reproduce the dataset-input listing with an automatically converted dataset, then inspect the UI entry point responsible for rendering those inputs; done means the converted dataset is clearly distinguishable from the conversion option and its ordering is understandable.
