Feature: Extract workfow also to include queued jobs

Currently extract workflow will only list finished datasets. It should probably also just provide those jobs that are still in the queue (grey).

Start by locating the extract workflow entry point and any tests covering its dataset listing. Read how finished datasets are selected and how queued jobs are represented in the workflow UI, including the grey state. Done means extract workflow results also include jobs still in the queue, without removing finished datasets.
