Description
Brought up by @bgruening here https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1419#issuecomment-168800534. That project is very stable and it would provide good coverage of somethings we don't currently test:
- Testing bioblend compatibility.
- Testing parts of the API tested in bioblend but not Galaxy.
- Testing a nginx proxy sitting in front of Galaxy.
