We need to determine whether GA2 should support selecting all workflows or only a defined subset?
And start updating workflows.yaml with this information, similar to [workflow.yaml at brc-analytics](https://github.com/galaxyproject/brc-analytics/blob/main/catalog/source/workflows.yml)
