Homepage name, logo and url

We should decide if we are going to keep GenomeArk as a name for the new version or if we want to switch, would make it possible/easier to keep the old and new page up and running. Need to decide on:

- [ ] keep GenomeArk or change name?
- [ ] Buy domain if name is updated.
- [ ] Generate logo to match old/new name

@nekrut should we bring up the question of changing page name on the next VGP meeting?

@nekrut should we forward a task to Rockefeller center to ask them for input on a logo, or at least ask them if they have strong opinions on it?
