## Summary
Create an intermediate schema for translated target workflow tests before final `-tests.yml` emission.
## Molds that will link it
- `nextflow-test-to-target-tests` as output schema
- `implement-galaxy-workflow-test` as input schema
- `run-workflow-test` as input context
## Notes
- Model job inputs, fixture sources, expected outputs, assertion intent, and confidence.
- Keep this target-neutral enough for CWL/Galaxy if practical, but do not overgeneralize before examples.
