Description
#### Overview
To address a potential issue that some visitors aren’t sure what to do with BRC or how to get started, implement a new Learn section to provide clear guidance, tutorials, and example use cases that help users understand BRC’s value and workflow.
Similar to AnVIL, we want to have multiple learn "Sub sections" so we have a learn landing page like the one below for AnVIL
Feel free to add more sections or change these topics here, but we might start with the three below.
