Description
This task has three parts:
- Getting LexicMap indices built and tested for performance (overseen by @kbeavers )
- Getting LexicMap tool wrapped for Galaxy (@Smeds also see https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/pull/7106)
- Creating a way to run LexicMap anonymously via BRCAnalytics frontend (@dannon )
