remove gtf urls from json produced by data catalog

w the workflow stepper now handling finding gtf files for us, we no longer need to find them as part of the data build process. it would be good though to still be able to have this info in the qc report, about what gtf were findable or not. this could become an optional thing perhaps. not urgent currently, since this is no longer a very time consuming part of the build process.
