more detail in workflow stepper when entered accessions dont produce results

so if someone enters an accession they expect to work, and it doesnt, we should try to say something about it. right now i think it just says 'accessions not found'. i havent looked at the code, but presumably were comparing against some list from some api or similar. so.. some ideas:
1. say how many accessions we were trying to match against that should work
2. maybe try to produce a link that will send ppl to a similar search to what we queried for?
3. give an example of something that should work, maybe first item off the list we compare against
