link to galaxy 'pages' from organism/ assembly pages

galaxy has a very cool notebook type feature called 'pages' that ive just recently learned about, essentially letting people use markdown and pull in anything they like from a cool history etc and make a little report. it also sounds like maybe pages based reports are already or could be made automagically on completion of a workflow.

it seems like a first step toward meaningfully bringing data produced by galaxy workflows back into brc, would be to provide links from brc organisms/ assembly pages to automagically produced galaxy pages. preferrably, these would even be embedded, rather than available as links.

attn @NoopDog @mvdbeek @dannon who are likely to have better insight than me into what this would actually require, if it should be multiple tickets, etc.
