Description
right now i think the assistant knows about assembly scoped workflows only. this makes sense bc its right side panel is opinionated in a way makes it mostly compatible w the stepper for those workflows only. but i think itd be very good to support all workflows there, including organism and sequence scoped ones. presumably the right side panel has to adapt to different workflow steppers then.
