Assistant: needs access to more info about workflows

if you ask it about the difference between the two variant calling workflows it offers you, it doesnt do a very good job of explaining. inaccurately guessed the dedicated haploid one was probably freebayes, when its not for ex. also falsely claimed the default ploidy for the ploidy aware one changes by organism, and it doesnt (though it should probably lol) ..
