Description

## Overview

In preparation for the final set of publications describing VGP phase one, several tasks need to be completed to ensure GenomeArk 2 is fully synchronized with VGP consortium data and properly integrated with Galaxy.

## Tasks

### 1. Assembly Synchronization
Ensure that genome assemblies listed in GenomeArk 2 are fully synchronized with those in the final spreadsheet distributed by the VGP consortium. Any discrepancies between the two sources must be identified and resolved.

### 2. Index Completeness
Verify that indices exist for all genomes currently listed in GenomeArk 2. Generate any missing indices as needed (@natefoo) .

### 3. Galaxy Tabular Report Upload
Enable direct upload of tabular reports into Galaxy, if technically feasible. This would streamline data transfer and improve integration between GenomeArk 2 and Galaxy-based workflows.

### 4. Galaxy Genome Caching
Ensure that Galaxy properly caches all genomes listed in GenomeArk 2. Validate caching behavior and address any gaps in coverage.

### 5. Index Download Support
Provide users with the ability to download indices associated with specific genome builds.

### 6. Contact Us
There should be a help email now for genomeark2. We should advertise it on the site like how brc does. Also should add a google form in the bottom right how brc does.

## Context

These tasks are blockers for the VGP phase one publication milestone and should be prioritized accordingly.
