this is possibly scope creep, idk. but it feels relevant and i want to write it down and know its associated w the other relevant issues. can reorganize and subissue later as needed, once we have a bit more clarity on path forward..

but what im thinking is this: presumably for e2e to work we need to track workflow runs associated w a user, that a natural extension of that is a user might want a place they can go and see all workflows they started running, their status, what assembly/ organism theyre associated w, etc. and that in that ui they may want to be able to perform some high level actions on them like share w a collaborator, or 'copy' one (not necessarily start an identical thing running again, but get quickly to a place they can change just one input param or something and run)
