differential expression e2e

see #1004, which is related and provides links to relevant google docs, but has reduced scope for a demo of differential expression launched from brc and producing an interesting report. this issue i think should be scoped to an mvp for demonstrating true end-to- end analysis (e2e) with differential expression. critically, that will mean bringing results/ status of workflows launched from brc, back to brc.
