Description
Currently, AssetHub transfers to other chains require DOT according to our UI - in actual fact, users can pay for these fees in any asset that has a pool on AssetHub.
For a smoother UX we should default the feee payment asset to the asset that the user is planning to transfer to another chain (most likely Hydration) - e.g. if user is sending USDT to Hydration, their fee payment asset on AssetHub should be USDT.
