Bug: Missing recent docker images

### Description
Hi, I can't find docker images with recent build, are there newer images available somewhere?

Checked latest on:
- [docker hub](https://hub.docker.com/r/galacticcouncil/hydra-dx/tags): v24, 4 months ago
- [ghcr](https://github.com/galacticcouncil/HydraDX-node/pkgs/container/hydra-dx): v21, 6 months ago

### Expected Behavior
Recent images to be available or a current repo link provided in release notes.

### Actual Behavior
Docker images with recent build are missing from official looking images repos with older versions.

### Possible Fix
Update CI, or give a link to alternative repo.

### Steps to Reproduce
Check links to attempted repos.

### Context
Running a node in container using pre-built official images.
