Add Abstraction of glmr needed when doing the bridge to Ethereum

is it possible to abstract this, by adding a batch call to buy the glmr needed? so the user does not need to hold glmr or buy when they do not have, and he only sign?

Right now the user need to have glmr on HydraDX to be able to send the Weth to Ethereum for example, we could change this with buying the glmr at the moment of send it ( if the user not have it ofc) ?
