[Android] [Employer Sign In] Skills with .net% can't post a job

* we can post jobs with required skills
* for some reason, '.net' and ',net@123' stops job posting (throwing an error)

Start in the mobile app's Company profile job-posting flow under Employer Sign In and reproduce posting a job with required skills such as '.net' and ',net@123'. Trace the resulting error and compare it with a skill value that posts successfully. Done means those skill values can be submitted without the job-posting error.
