[Android] [DearJob home] Location Wise Jobs List Error

In the home page, we have location wise jobs
* when we click on **view all** button, a new page with list appears
* there we can see top card has placed most top which cut in half

* the cards should start after the filter button

Start at the Android home page's location-wise jobs flow and reproduce the issue by selecting View All. Inspect the list layout around the filter button; done means the cards begin after the filter button and the top card is fully visible rather than cut in half.
