[WEB] [JS Profile] Info Not Reset after close v2

In the Profile Page of Jobseeker, Basic Details Section.
* The text fields in organisation or designation or anyother not resetting after closing .

* It should be cleared if we click close button.
* They have to be saved only after clicking submit button

Start at the Jobseeker Profile Page's Basic Details section and reproduce the issue by entering values in the organisation or designation fields, closing the form, and reopening it. The work is done when closing clears unsaved text and values persist only after Submit; the payload does not name specific files or tests.
