Action : In user list we adding the user details taking other special characters

Expected Output : they should not enter other characters in first name and last name

Actual Output : taking other characters but there adding indirectly like copy and paste they submitting successfully

Start at the staffing consultancy user list's basic-details form and reproduce the issue by entering special characters directly and through copy and paste. Done means first name and last name reject those characters and the user cannot submit invalid details.
