[WEB] [SC-Profiles Search] "Unnecessary 'Actions' Field in 'Skills Set

Steps:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered SC email ID and password, then click on the login button or press enter.
4. After successful login, ensure the profile has a subscription to any plan. Click on "Search" on the homepage.
5. In the Profiles Search page, select any candidate's profile to view the full details.
6. Navigate to the "Skills Set" section within the candidate's profile.

Actual Result:

The "Skills Set" section displays an unnecessary "Actions" field, which appears relevant to job seeker actions. However, it is being displayed for the recruiter, which might confuse or mislead the recruiter's interaction with the section.

Expected Result:

For recruiters viewing a candidate's profile, irrelevant or job seeker-specific fields such as "Actions" should not be displayed in the "Skills Set" section. This ensures that recruiters are presented only with relevant information pertaining to the candidate's skills.
