[WEB] [Employer-Profiles Search] "Inconsistent Display of Key Skills Section"

Steps:
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Employer email ID and password, then click on the login button or press enter.
4. After successful login, ensure the profile has a subscription to any plan. Click on "Search" on the homepage.
5. In the Profiles Search page, select any candidate's profile to view the full details.
6. Navigate to the "Key Skills" section within the candidate's profile.

Actual Result:

The "Key Skills" section displays two fields: "TECHNICAL SKILLS" and "NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS" with the text as entered by the job seeker, but the text is inconsistently displayed with both lowercase and uppercase characters.

Expected Result:

Both "TECHNICAL SKILLS" and "NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS" fields in the "Key Skills" section should consistently display all text in uppercase characters for improved readability and uniformity.
