[WEB] [Employer-Profiles Search] Incorrect Label and Formatting of Current Company

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Employer email ID and password, then click on the login button or press enter.
4. After successful login, click on "Search" in the home page.
5. In the "Profiles Search" page, review the list of candidates' details.

**Actual Result:**
- The candidates' current working company is incorrectly labeled as "Previous."
- The company name is displayed entirely in lowercase.

**Expected Result:**
- The label should accurately reflect the candidate's current employment status, being labeled as "Previous" instead of "Present."
- Additionally, the company name displayed under the "Present" label should follow proper capitalization rules, with the first letter of each word capitalized for better readability.
