[WEB] [JS-Edit Profile-Education] Passout Year Validation

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, find and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Job Seeker email ID and password, then click on the login button.
4. After successful login, click on "JOB SEEKER" in the menu tab and select "Edit Profile."
5. Proceed to the "Education" section.

**Actual Result:**
- In the "Passout Year" field within the Education section, the system displays an invalid validation message stating "Please do not select after the current date", even when the selected date is earlier than the current date.

**Expected Result:**
- The "Passout Year" field validation should accurately detect and accept any date earlier than the current date as a valid entry.
- If a user selects a passout year that is before the current date, the validation should not trigger and instead accept the chosen year without any error messages.
