[WEB] [JS-Edit Profile-Certifications] Uploading Multiple Certificates

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Job Seeker email ID and password, then click on the login button.
4. After successful login, click on "JOB SEEKER" in the menu tab and select "Edit Profile."
5. Navigate to the "Certifications" section.
6. Fill all necessary details and upload an image for a certificate in the "Certifications" section.

**Actual Result:**
- Upon successfully uploading one certificate, attempting to add a new certificate displays the URL or reference to the previously uploaded certificate's image.

**Expected Result:**

- Each time a new certificate is added, the interface should prompt for fresh input, including uploading a unique image and filling in relevant certification details.
